A free mind movie template
Choose one scene from a life that matters to you. Add a feeling, a few sensory details and an action. The preview updates as you write; blank fields use the example. Your entries stay in this page and are not sent to Vibo.
This creates a written script and storyboard. Use it to record your own narration or plan a video; it does not generate a personal film.

MY VISUALIZATION SCRIPT Settle somewhere comfortable. Let one ordinary moment come into focus: Opening the curtains after finishing my first creative project. My setting is A sunny room, with my partner making tea. I notice Warm light on the table, a kettle, the texture of my notebook. I do not need a perfect picture; a word, a feeling or a sound is enough. In this moment I am practicing being Unhurried, curious and ready to create. I remind myself: “I can make space for what matters.” Life still has its difficult moments. Here is how I practice responding: When I reach for my phone, I set it aside and write the first line. I keep one detail from this scene, then return to the day I have. My small next step: Write for ten minutes after breakfast. STORYBOARD 0–20 seconds: enter the setting with a comfortable pause. 20–60 seconds: notice the place, company and sensory details. 60–100 seconds: rehearse the quality and the response to difficulty. 100–120 seconds: return and name today's action. Music: choose something you can hear the narration over; use music you have permission to include if sharing a video. An original planning exercise from Vibo. Imagination and mental rehearsal support a personal practice; they do not guarantee outcomes. https://thevibo.com/mind-movies/template
How to turn the script into a mind movie
- Read the script aloud and adjust wording until it sounds like you.
- Choose three to five images or clips that express the scene. Your own photos work well.
- Record narration at a comfortable pace. Leave time to notice a detail.
- Add music quietly underneath. For a video you will share, check music and image permissions.
- Watch once, then do the small action you chose. Revise the scene when your priorities change.
You can also simply read it or listen to your recording. See the playable example for atmosphere, then read how to use mind movies as a daily practice.
